I purchased this to make a tool post drill for my lathe. I just wanted to use the drill as is but for what I wanted to do with it the chuck had no rigidity because it is only supported by the 2.5 MM motor shaft. So I improvised with some 450 helicopter parts. Its rigid and now has lots of torque. The block is 3D printed, I was going to make it out of Aluminum but for right now I think It is fine as is.
